Registering for an Event
Individual Registration
- Click the Register button on the event card or event page.
- If the event has multiple sessions, choose the session you want to join.
- For sessions that allow multiple slots, the next available slot is assigned automatically. You cannot skip Slot 1 and go straight to Slot 2.
- Confirm your registration. You will get a registration ID and a QR code for check-in.
Multi-Slot Events
- Some sessions allow a single player to register multiple times, for example with different decks or teams.
- Your first registration uses Slot 1. The next registration for the same session uses Slot 2, and so on.
- The confirmation modal shows which slots you already have and which slot is next.
Team / Group Registration
- For group sessions, enter a team name and add team members by name or CID.
- The captain is included automatically. The member limit is set by the organizer.
- All team members must have accounts on Selampandai.
Registering a Family Member
- On the confirmation modal, use the Register as list to choose yourself or one of your linked children.
- The slot list updates based on the selected person.
Check-In on Event Day
- When you arrive, the organizer will check you in using your QR code or by finding your name.
- Only checked-in players earn 100 check-in points and can appear on the podium.
- Each slot is checked in separately if you registered multiple slots.
Sharing an Event
- On the event detail page, click the share button to copy the event link, download a QR code, or share directly to social apps.

Common Questions
Why does the registration modal stay open after I register?
For multi-slot sessions, the modal stays open so you can register for Slot 2, Slot 3, etc. Click Cancel or outside the modal to close it.
What happens if the event is full?
If the event reaches capacity, new registrations are rejected. The organizer may increase capacity or add walk-in spots on site.
Why can I not choose Slot 2 directly?
Slots are filled in order. You must use Slot 1 before Slot 2. This prevents empty early slots and keeps registration fair.
